Processing and Shipping Orders

Originals

If you are purchasing a painting unframed, please allow 7-10 working days for me to sign, varnish, prepare and securely package your order for shipping.  

I do not offer framing on original paintings. You can easily take the artwork to your local framer. If you wish any advice about colours of your frame suitable to my artwork, do not hesitate to get in touch. 

Original artwork will be strung up with wire, ready to hang. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.

 

Prints 

Unframed - please allow 5-7 days for shipping as your print is made to order and sent out to you.

Framed - this can be selected when ordering. Please allow up to 7-10 days for shipping depending on Bank Holidays.

Please note: Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer; as such you may like to check those for your country before purchasing.

 

 

Packaging Artwork

Originals

They will be packaged securely with acid free tissue paper as its first layer, to protect the artwork. A protective sheet of cardboard and protective corners will be used, before bubble wrap is used to wrap around, to add another layer of protection for the painting. 

This ‘protected artwork’ is then carefully placed within a double layered cardboard box, to be securely send to you.   

 

Prints

Paper prints

Unframed:  sized 200mm and under for UK orders will be sent flat in a strong cardboard envelope.

All other sizes will be sent in secure rigid spiral-wound cardboard tubes.

Framed:

All sizes will be sent in rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes, made from recycled materials.

 

 

Canvas Prints

Unframed:

All canvas prints are packaged in rigid, double wall corrugated cardboard boxes ensuring maximum protection.

Framed:

All framed canvas prints are initially packaged with rigid protective corners, and wrapped in bubble wrap. The package is then set into a rigid, double wall corrugated cardboard box ensuring maximum protection.
