Refund policy
I want you to love your chosen artwork.
It has never happened before, but it is important to keep my collectors happy.
Original artwork
I am happy to accept returns and exchanges when:
· You have contacted me within 48 hours to ask for a return.
- The items are returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- You can show proof of purchase.
· Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and insurance.
- You have dispatched items back within 14 days of receiving your order.
{A tracked or courier service is strongly recommended to ensure this.}
· If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
· No returns on sale/discounted items.
To start a return or to contact me for a return question, at alison@alisonboothroydart.com and I will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Prints
All of my prints are made to order, with love and care. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as we do not hold stock.
In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and I will arrange a replacement for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. I will work with you to make it right. Please photograph any damage or defects, so these can be shared with me when contacting.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Also, prints cannot be returned, in the exception of damage or issues such as you receive the wrong item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (on Originals only)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
